From late February to mid 2026, Transurban and our contractors completed early investigation works on the Logan Motorway between Ipswich Motorway and Mount Lindesay Highway to understand traffic movements, ground conditions and the surrounding environment.

This was a continuation of investigation works completed in 2025 and informed further planning and design of the project.

Works involved:

• potholing, coring and drilling the ground in various locations

• ecological surveys

• service investigations and ground survey works

• short-term closures of motorway ramps.
