The Logan West Upgrade project has been declared a controlled action under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) and we’re currently preparing a draft Preliminary Documentation (PD) outlining how we will address various environmental considerations.

The draft PD will detail the existing environment, potential impacts on the protected matter, and the measures proposed to avoid, mitigate and manage the impacts and protect the environment.
